Inspect the format before promising deliverables
Source files affect translation and layout work. Provide editable originals and samples showing complex tables, images or structure. Identify editable text and protected content, then agree delivery formats. Content checking and format checking must work together. If an object cannot be edited, agree an annotation or alternative format with the client.
