Document scope
Common documents include birth and marriage records, degrees, transcripts, employment confirmations, financial records, business registrations and contracts. This list does not mean all recipients request or accept the same documents. Share the official checklist so the translation scope, copy count and required form can be established.
Quality checks and important distinctions
A translation signed or stamped by a translation company is that company's confirmation. It does not automatically replace authentication of the translator's signature by a competent authority. In Vietnam the service is often called notarised translation, but the actual procedure must be specified. Where translator-signature authentication at a competent commune-level People's Committee or notarial practice organisation is required, Tân Việt assists with preparation and coordination; the company is not the authenticating authority. The recipient determines what it accepts. Translation and authentication do not themselves complete consular legalisation where that is separately required.
Formats and source preparation
Clear scans help with initial review and quotation, but do not automatically replace originals or documents required for the applicable procedure. Include all sides, seals, supplementary pages and attachments. Check name spellings against the passport or established application records. A translation must reflect the source; errors in an original should be addressed through the responsible issuer, not silently rewritten in translation.

A practical preparation example
Illustrative scenario: a passport and transcript use different versions of a person's name. The team checks the source and recipient's instructions rather than silently merging or changing details. If a university requires only translation-company confirmation, do not assume an additional process is necessary; if authentication is required, a company stamp is not a substitute. This is a preparation example, not a visa-outcome promise.

Do not choose a stamp solely from a service name.

It depends on the recipient's specific instructions. No single format applies to every country or application type.
Can everything be completed using photographs?
Photos support initial review. Authentication may require documents to be presented under the applicable procedure; this is confirmed before acceptance.
Does Tân Việt issue People's Committee authentication?
No. The company translates and coordinates preparation. Authentication is performed by a competent person under the appropriate procedure.
